Drone attacks stirring hate against US: Nawaz

RAIWIND: Pakistan Muslim League (N) Chief Nawaz Sharif Sunday said drone strikes are rousing hate among Pakistani people against the US.He said this during his meeting with a 6-member delegation of US congress led by chairman house foreign affairs committee Howard L.

Berman here at Raiwind farm.Mian Nawaz Sharif said Pak-US relations should be equal footing. The US should devise policies in war on terror keeping in view Pakistan’s economic problems and social constraints, he added.

“The peace of the entire world is linked with Middle East and South Asia,” he observed, adding, Pakistan had to suffer colossal loss as a result of Afghan war.The chairman of the US congress delegation assured that the US will not leave Pakistan alone and stand by it at any time of difficulty.“The US sees appreciatively the role of Pakistan in war against terrorism,” he said.
